TravelCenters of America New Location in Louisiana Includes Dedicated RV Parking, Dump Station
WESTLAKE, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--TravelCenters of America LLC (TA) announced it has opened its 237th travel center location located along Interstate 20 in Greenwood, Louisiana. Formerly the Kelly’s Truck Stop, the 32-acre site is located on I-20 at Exit 5.
At the new Greenwood location, customers can enjoy a meal at Kelly’s Café & Grille. Kelly’s offers diners wholesome family style dining with buffet service in a comfortable 100-seat setting. There is also a Subway restaurant on site that seats 12 patrons.
In addition, a well-stocked 3,000 sq. ft. store open 24 hours, seven days a week offers a wide selection of competitively-priced travel accessories and products, snacks and brand name beverages.
Professional drivers will find that TA Greenwood caters to their truck light repair and maintenance needs with a three-bay truck service center that is open 24 hours, seven days a week. Other conveniences at the site include nine diesel lanes, a 150 space truck parking area and Cat scales. Professional drivers can relax in a lounge area with WiFi access, a game room, a laundry room, and ten showers. There is also a truck wash and a barber shop on site. TA Greenwood participates in the RoadKing Club rewards program so club members will be able to earn points on qualifying purchases.
TA Greenwood also offers Texaco-branded gasoline and diesel for cars and RVs with eight motorist fueling positions and 75 parking spaces. For the RVer, there are 44 dedicated parking spots and a dump area.
Within a short time, TA will upgrade the Greenwood location with a number of signature TA services such as CafeExpress, Pronto Pay, WiFi and more. The truck repair shop is also being renovated at the time of opening to bring Greenwood truckers a state-of-the-art light repair and maintenance services.
